This is a research project into theories of governance and inclusion. We are asking the question:

What does it look like to embed access and inclusion into the fabric of our organisation?

For each session GAMIS have invited a new thinker to expand on their research, experiences and expertise in the areas of; self-organising, collectivising, decolonising institutions and how GAMIS can embed access and inclusion into the fabric of our organisation.

These public-facing sessions run in tandem with the GAMIS Working Group, who have been meeting online and in person for the past year, contributing, examining and responding to a series of dialogues around the vision and mission of GAMIS. As a group we have been considering polyvocality, the collective voice and shared ownership to explore the methods and infrastructures of filmmaking, and a variety of approaches to collaboration and form.
